He was adopted from Brazil and brought up by Italian middle-class parents in Florence, Italy; he speaks 6 languages and aims to go up to 20; and he is a business expert as well as a yogi. Above all, he delivers his ‘Next Level Embodiment’ coaching model with global reach.
Still on the right side of his 30, Giulio is an international High- Performance, High-Energy & Power Embodiment coach at AyG Unlimited OÜ and Inner Zenith Coaching; Founder of Compassionate Collaboration & visionaries; Podcast Host of ‘The Highly Effective Conscious Humans Show’; and a Yoga and Meditation Coach.
He truly believes that entrepreneurship and compassionate collaboration can save the world. “Business is the value-creation-engine of human society. Whenever there is an idea, it needs strategy, planning, action-taking, decision-making. And whenever there is a problem, the solution has to be executed and realised through business. My Soul is here to evolve, and Life through my Human experience is learning how to expand and make a difference. For me, ‘business’ is that tool to create impact; it is the air I breathe to feel alive.”
Ayrton’s passion for elevating all who elevate others stems from his childhood. As an adopted kid, he grew up with subconscious feelings of rejection and abandonment, and very aware of the unfair reality present in third-world’s social conditions. “These traumas of mine made me behave in ways and choose paths that brought deep pain throughout my relationships, projects and life events. Therefore, I am unshakeably driven by the desire to eradicate the possibility for the next generations to experience such unfairness and mediocrity in our society.”
Ayrton turned his wounds, drug-addiction, frustration, anger, rebellion and non-conformism into a force for good; and failures into what he calls his ‘Next Level’. Since then, he pursues one overarching mission: To eradicate the scarcity and competition mentality from the world of business and entrepreneurship, by bringing back in it self-awareness, integrity and humane values.
“For 12 years of my short life, one person at the time, literally, I have been getting people out of drugs, depression, addiction to competition… I have coached over 100 men and women and did that from a space of pure compassion. I have enabled many business owners to create impact way beyond where I am at publicly.”
The world we live in needs concrete, pragmatic, action-driven hope and inspiration. It needs to see that no matter your humble origins and number of followers on social media, EVERYONE matters to make a substantial difference. Speaking about his Eureka moment, Ayrton recalls, “I studied linguistics and culture till high school, getting a double degree at European School of Economics in marketing management and international relationships. I always felt different from others, and travelled a lot to learn languages. That opened my mind to the idea that we are ONE BIG NATION, separated by a social narrative of separation. Entrepreneur at heart, I launched at least 5 different global projects that experientially compounded with one another to bring me to the depth of wisdom and drive I am at today.”
Ayrton now is a proud father of 1 boy. How does he balance the challenges in his personal and professional life? “I live by the saying ‘making myself stronger first’. I deal with my shadows, emotions and automatic responses daily as a disciplined, yogic practice. Whenever I don’t find myself in a Value-adding state of being, I turn within and do the inner-work, raising my energy and vibrations, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.”
The strength that has helped Ayrton face his challenges bravely is that of – Unshakeable faith. He has worked intensely on feeling the spiritually scientific nature of the Universe that, according to him, has got our back. “I see everything as the Next Level. EVERYTHING. From death, to unwanted delays, to relationship issues, to business failures, to financial struggles. Everything is telling about a yet unseen opportunity to expand your ability to hold a greater life in your hands.” A visionary, elevating others through kindness and inspiration, Ayrton leaves us with a perspective to ponder upon: “Everyday, the reality we live in, is shaped by an infinite amount of events that are neither dependent on us nor are in our domain of influence. Thus, we must learn to ‘Shift Perspective’. Step back in observer mode and ask yourself the counter-intuitive, empowering, paradigm-shifting question – How is this event, wanted or not, the Next Level for me?
