2. By submitting your profile, pictures, videos, and articles to Passion Vista, you grant us the right to use and publish this content for promotional purposes, both online and offline, without any further compensation.
3. The publication and release of the magazine are subject to the discretion of Passion Vista’s publishers. Any of its editions may be delayed for various reasons including but not limited to such unforeseen circumstances as natural calamities, socio-political upheavals, technical issues, or editorial considerations.

In the case of events organized for the magazine launch, whether physical or online, Passion Vista Magazine reserves the right to make changes to the dates, format, and plans of the event at its sole discretion. Please note that Passion Vista Magazine does not cover any travel or accommodation expenses for individuals featured in the magazine, even if they choose to attend the launch event.
5. Once the payment is made for the profile feature in Passion Vista Magazine, there will be no refund issued under any circumstances.
6. It is the sole responsibility of the featured profile nominee to provide accurate and factual information for their profile. Passion Vista Magazine does not hold any liability for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations in the information provided by the featured individuals.
7. Passion Vista Magazine reserves the right to make any necessary edits, alterations, or modifications to the profiles, pictures, articles, and any other content submitted by the featured individuals for the purpose of enhancing the overall quality and coherence of the magazine. However, Passion Vista will seek approval from the featured individuals for any significant changes made to their profile content before final publication.
8. The final approval of the article and cover pages of the magazine will be sought from the individuals featured inside before the magazine is sent for printing. Once the approval is obtained, any further changes may result in additional costs and delays.
9. Passion Vista Magazine will make every effort to ensure the timely delivery of the magazine to the individuals featured inside. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as location, shipping logistics, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the distribution process.
10. By proceeding with the nomination and acceptance of getting featured in Passion Vista Magazine, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and all the terms and conditions mentioned on our websites passionvista.com & www.ubgroup.asia.
