Her venture, Y Communicate, traces its origins back to an unlikely genesis—a fast-food restaurant in Brooklyn, New York. What began as a mere concept blossomed into a full-fledged communications firm in June 2021, amidst the challenges of a global pandemic. Y Communicate stands apart in the industry, offering clients a disruptive approach to corporate communications centered on the essence of storytelling and brand identity.
Explaining further about her company, she adds, “We are here to re-forward to the basics and bring back the real meaning of communications. Why do we communicate in the first place? We communicate because we have a story to tell!”
For Yesenia, success isn’t merely about luck but about pouring one’s heart and soul into endeavors, nurturing them with dedication and perseverance. Witnessing her creations come to life fills her with a sense of fulfillment and purpose, driving her to make a meaningful impact and effect positive change in people’s lives. Though she could have pursued a conventional career in corporate PR, destiny had other plans for her.

Yesenia also shares, “On top of Y Communicate, I also have plans to explore other entrepreneurial areas that will amplify and expand my own brand. Personally, traveling the world and meeting new people is what makes her happy. She loves baseball and is addicted to it. “I’m also very creative and love to use that medium—baking, cooking, painting, and photography.”
