Starting her career at PwC, she contributed to major digital transformation projects, compliance initiatives, and the operational launch of global products. It was at PwC where she worked with some of the world’s most influential brands, including Google.
Her collaboration with Google became a milestone when she spearheaded the launch of the billing system across EMEA, further sharpening her skills in global product management. However, Nadya soon realized that true fulfillment would not come from consultancy alone. Fueled by her entrepreneurial spirit, she enrolled in the prestigious IE Business School in Madrid, embarking on a new chapter that would marry innovation with impact.
During the global pandemic, while the world slowed down, Nadya accelerated. She launched an e-health startup named SportBusters, developing an MVP, winning a startup competition, and successfully selling the technology—a rare feat in such uncertain times. Her success led to new roles in high-tech companies where she played a pivotal role in international product launches and growth strategies.
At Toloka, she contributed to expanding the company’s international reach, At Nebius, she helped build the AI Cloud from the ground up, leading it to achieve recognition as the #16 Supercomputer globally. Her influence extended beyond the boardroom as she co-authored “Tools for Marketing Titans”, a bestseller that continues to guide marketing professionals worldwide.
Despite her vast achievements, Nadya remains deeply rooted in her personal philosophy: growth must be holistic. Her lifelong love for sports and mindfulness has kept her anchored through every professional whirlwind. She believes every person holds a unique talent—it’s just a matter of discovering it. Her three big dreams reflect this spirit: to earn her Private Pilot License and fly her own plane, to launch a unicorn startup in the field of health and mindfulness, and to embark on a world trip with her family, creating memories beyond borders.
