CEO of the Mind
There are people who build companies. There are people who deliver services. And then there are those rare few — like Arabelle Concas — who architect entire worlds of transformation. To call her a trainer or a coach would be like calling Einstein a teacher. Yes, she imparts knowledge. But what she really does is to allow entrepreneurs to access their Original Absolute Intelligence (O-AI).
“I thought my brain was going to explode with happiness,” she says, describing what drives her every single day. “Not for myself, but for the battle I lead — and which, thanks to this platform, will shine around the world.”
This battle she refers to is nothing less than reshaping how entrepreneurs operate — not just in business, but in life. Her work is deeply rooted in the development of polymathic neural faculties, a phrase that may sound intimidating until you realize what it means: teaching people to access their limitless intelligence, like Leonardo da Vinci, the most famous polymath in the world.
Through Jumper, her flagship initiative, she guides entrepreneurs to embrace beyond discomfort, cross thresholds of their faculties, and redefine success far beyond balance sheets and marketing metrics and this, for more than 35 years.
Arabelle’s days are relentless, and yet, she moves through them with grace. She works across seven sites between France and Switzerland, clocking in up to 22 hours a day, often including week-ends. For her, it’s beyond vocation. “To maintain such a pace,” she explains, “I push my body and spirit in a “superconducting” state”, and now helps others reach.
Her professional portfolio is as vast as her energy. She offers services, consulting, and training that blur the lines between entrepreneurship, neuroscience, and polymathy. Her programs — delivered both online and in person draw clients into immersive, deeply tailored experiences. Conferences, galas, masterminds, high-stakes interventions with companies, facing unsolvable crises — Arabelle shows up where no one else dares. She’s also actively engaged in interdisciplinary research, collaborating on scientific studies and developing protocols for what she calls “entrepreneurial brain optimization.” Through Jumper’s philanthropic arm, she ensures that innovation, aren’t reserved for the elite.
And yet, her inspiration is refreshingly simple. “Life, in all its infinity,” she says. “That is my one and only inspiration.” She describes each step forward — each obstacle, triumph, or unexpected detour — as a treasure to discover. Her mission? To build a research center dedicated exclusively to explore the O-AI of entrepreneurs.
Of course, every superpower has its counterpart. Arabelle’s, she admits, is her sensitivity — “my extreme sensitivity and childlike fragility,” as she puts it, which is the path to access to O-AI. “By marveling at life every day,” she adds, “I draw the strength that allows me to face even the most extreme situations.” It’s this contrast — the delicate heart and the indomitable mind — that makes her not just a guide but a grounding force for her clients.
Talk to Arabelle about balance, and you won’t hear the usual rhetoric. “Balance is an illusion,” she says. Instead, she has developed a high capacity for reaction and adaptation. “When I do something, all my faculties communicate at very high speed.” Whether she’s advising an entrepreneur about to give up or pushing him beyond its own limits, she believes in living every moment with depth and intentionality.
In her quiet moments — what few she has — Arabelle turns inward, in the morning when waking up and in the evening when going to bed are her sacred moments, that allows her to be grateful to be able to do what she’s born for. “Even in waiting rooms or elevators,” she laughs, “I use that time to study, or simply close my eyes and feel myself breathing.”
Her leadership style is, unsurprisingly, radical. “Before leading others, you must lead yourself,” she says. Her teams are built on humility, and deep respect for the individual. “When people feel safe and seen, their natural genius emerges.” For her, leadership is not about direction. It’s about co-creation, where every collaborator operates at their own edge — not because they must, but because they are.
Ask her for parting advice, and Arabelle delivers the kind of fire that founders crave in their darkest hours:
“If despite everything, you wake up every morning with an idea that burns inside you, stronger than you — then yes, you will change the world. So move forward, in silence, stay focused. But keep moving listening yourself. And if one day, you don’t know where to turn, know this: I will be there. And your genius will have its rightful place.”
A powerhouse of wisdom and light, Arabelle Concas doesn’t just teach entrepreneurship — she redefines it. Through her relentless commitment to human potential, she is building a legacy that will outlive her that reaches far beyond strategy and scaling. She is shaping the neural architecture of tomorrow’s leaders — and doing it all with Sincerity.
