Seraphic Beauty with a Tremendous Personality
Working in the Kannada film industry, Komica Anchal has skyrocketed to fame with her charming charisma, seraphic looks and diligent determination. She aspires to enter the Bollywood in near future. She says “From interning as an Engineer to modelling and now into acting, I have been all over, and I am grateful for it.”
Born in a small town in Bihar, her well-educated family raised her as a disciplined child. Her parents wanted her to pursue studies so she finished engineering at a reputed college in Dehradun. But she always wanted to be a model and actor despite her academic achievements. She recalls, “Well, the thought of becoming an actress had never even crossed my mind. During my college days, I tried my luck in modelling and started getting good modelling assignments. The seed of acting grew from there.”
She began her journey as a model and walked the ramp for many prestigious fashion shows in the Bangalore fashion week, Chennai International Fashion Week and many more. Her enviable looks and stylish runway walk turned many heads and with the same confidence, she made her debut with a sandalwood movie, with the tentative title being “Connection” along with Diganth Manchale and Tarun Chandra which is a paranormal thriller.
When describing her work, Komica says “Adventure…in a word I would say what I am doing today is an adventure for me. Modelling and acting have always been my passion and it’s like dream come true. Being a small-town girl, I never thought that I would be an actress.”
Currently, she is occupied with some modelling projects and brand campaigns that will soon be released. Since having stepped into the realm of south films, she will soon be seen in multiple music videos and series. Her aspiration lies in entering the Bollywood industry and has her eyes set on joining it in the near future.
She reveals the secret to her strong physique is overall good health which includes a sound mind. She feels that great ideas manifest in a fit mind which is why she regularly hits the gym and does yoga. Also, she takes a proper, balanced and nutritious diet for a fit mind and body.
For Komica, her winning strategy or success mantra has always been confidence in one’s self and a mindset for hard work. She remarks “The most important thing that is required is confidence, you need to have faith in yourself, you should be ready for all the hard work and challenges and never let yourself down even if you are judged or criticized.”
“I feel staying fit mentally and physically is very challenging and the most important thing is to face all the criticisms and appreciation and not get any of these to affect you in a negative way.”, says Komica Anchal about the challenging aspect of her work in the industry.
