After serving in more than 20 countries and having his own set-up across 5 countries, Dr Nishit Ambalia
is well distinguished as a Global Professional and Entrepreneur.
Dr Nishit’s story began in the town of Rajkot in Gujarat, India. He completed his schooling and graduation from Saurashtra University, and PhD from Gujarat University in ‘Customer Centricity and New Business – A healthy way to Grow business’. He gained an additional PhD from Austin University in the subject ‘International Business Development – Way to Grow’.
A thorough workaholic, Nishit started working part-time during his college at a wellknown learning institute as Lecturer for Business Management and Statistics for graduation students. He began his professional career with a government job at LIC of India as Development Officer, and created many milestones at state and national levels, producing more than 100+ MDRT and 10+ TOT and COT.
After that, he worked with a private insurance player, creating many more milestones. He then joined the automobile industry and worked with Hyundai Motors as well as Mahindra & Mahindra as VP-Sales and took the Dealership teams to new heights.
Under Nishit’s able leadership, the automobile dealership went from 219th place to 3rd place in Sales figure. “Our profitability increased by 4-5 times. Customer Satisfaction Index ascended from 606 to 996, making us No 1 in India. And our branch revenue expanded from 300th rank to Top 5 in India,” says Nishit.
Growing up in a business family, Nishit learned the basics of work and observed essential tactics from an early age. He also learned to stay calm and pursue his passion. In addition, he travelled extensively to gain exposure to the latest technologies, lifestyle and culture.
After successful 12+ years in Sales, Marketing and Business Development in Wealth and Automobile industries, Nishit was equipped to provide a total solution for a business model in any industry.
In 2013, he got connected with Nirmaan Projects as Associate Partner, which is into specialised construction work, real estate and impex. Till date, he takes care of their Business Development, Strategic Analysis and Finance Division. He owns another company named 360ERA, which is into Green Energy and Energy Solutions, and Export Services for Energy Generation and Energy Management. He also owns two other Startups named Pramukh Management Consulting and Agastya Cyber Security.
In just two decades, Nishit has become a Mentor for many in the fields of Business Solutions, International Business, Leadership Development, Consulting, Marketing, Budgeting, Financial Reporting. His Clientele are from Top 5 Automobile Manufacturers, EPCM Companies and top Petroleum companies.
He is also an Environmental Consultant and has established 5 successful companies in India, UAE, Bahrain, USA and Australia. He has taken the mission of Green and Clean Energy to new heights and established more than 1000 MW energy plant, constructed 300+ Gas stations, 100+ Industrial units, and 50+ Restaurants. He has also participated in ‘Innovation in Green Energy Conclave’ with India-Russia collaboration. In addition, he helped 1000+ entrepreneurs in the Insurance and Wealth management industry to grow.
For his leadership and achievements, Nishit was honoured with an award for ‘Best innovation in Energy Storage System’ in Russia and ‘Best Startup for Green Energy’ in the UAE. He has also overseen the construction of a fuel station in record time of 59 days.
A dynamic individual, Nishit speaks about the passion that drives him and says, “Targets and Milestones which I set at professional and personal life boost me. I’ve always tried to do basic things in an extraordinary way. Constant activities are the tool which drive me positively.”
An advocate of meditation, he adds, “Meditation is the tool that helps me to rejuvenate after any stressful situation. Also, giving time to your family and society is a must to keep yourself motivated.”
For a man who has always been an over-achiever, how did Nishit deal with the pandemic? He answers, “Covid impacted our business with a fall in liquidity. Yet we stood with our employees and paid regular salaries which resulted in our staff contributing with exceptional work. We also undertook certain social services during lockdown which helped us connect with people of the same mindset and helped us grow faster.”
