Mr. Shafeeq Ur Rahman, the Proprietor the Star Life Hyderabad, Editor-in-Chief of City Hilife Magazine and Managing Director, Silver Star Construction, takes us through his passion of launching young talent into stardom.
Mr. Shafeeq owing to his bachelor’s degree in Event Management from National Institute of Fashion Technology and an MBA from IIM completely loves the entertainment industry and is befitted for the role of Proprietor the Star Life Hyderabadan entertainment, event management firm. Hailing from a well known Hydrabadi Jagirdar Family and Political Background, he is very well networked with the influential. He is also married to Begum Maheen Rehman, great-granddaughter of Seventh Nizam of Hyderabad. They have an adorable 6-year-old daughter Asma Rahman. His father was Former Member of Parliament, Md. Khaleel Ur Rahman.
Parallel to serving as the Managing Director of Silver Star Construction , a reality construction company, Mr. Shafeeq always was inquisitive about the Film and Fashion industry. Having networked with the stardom at many close quarters, he desired to create a platform for the youth to channelize and motivate them for their skills to make an impact in the glamour world and achieve their goals. Motivated to develop a unique platform, Mr. Shafeeq launched ‘The Star Life- Hyderabad’ with an objective to promote the new talent in the field of fashion, modelling, cinema and television.
This academy focuses on inculcating the habits of these upcoming stars, models, by living and dreaming the ‘stars’ life, quite literally. They are introduced to many highly acclaimed models and fashion designers, experts in personality makeover, photographers for portfolios and more until they are prepared to step into stardom.
Mr. Shafeeq Ur Rahman is a well-known personality in the field of fashion lifestyle & entertainment publications, he is the Editor-in-chief of City Hi-life magazine, Hyderabad. He never fails to network and has adjudged and attended hundreds of fashion pageants as a chief guest of honor.
Star life Hyderabad is one of the renowned entertainment companies which organizes Beauty pageant, Fashion Photoshoots with well-known celebrities, fashion houses, and fashion designer. It is the wide variety of activities being celebrated at Star Life which makes it extremely unique.
Mr. Shafeeq also organizes many Body Building Championships, Fitness Modeling Championships, Print Shoots, Magazine Shoots, and also for the young budding talent he organizes for recording the Music Albums, Creative Event Promotions, Fashion Designers Hunt pan India. A few of the many awards and accolades Start Life, Hyderabad has achieved are Business Leadership Award, Asian Arab Award 2019, St. Mother Teresa University Man of the People 2019 Award, Beauty and Fashion Expo 2019 Award.
Mr. Shafeeq is a man of few words, he does not believe in competition, as he acknowledges the need for the entertainment industry is to develop, nurture and launch the young talent, so as to be competing with oneself to improvise each time. His Mission for 2030, is to establish a global platform where the whole fashion industry of the world gathers together at the same place in India.
