A story of Resilience and Empowerment
Lidia is a woman who has faced numerous challenges throughout her life. Born with chronic health conditions, she quickly realized that her life and future were in her own hands. Adopting the mantra “if it is to be, it is up to me,” she took a stand for herself at the age of 10 when she declared “I didn’t come to this planet to be half alive. I came to this planet to be whole and free.” And so began her lifelong journey of empowerment.
One of Lidia’s biggest challenges has been creating her unique path forward. She has never fit into a traditional mold and has always yearned for a state of being that has been expressed in ancient and historical writings relating to “sovereignty of thought, expression, body and property.” She has found guidance through her dreams and intuition, ultimately creating a strong relationship with herself and her inner knowing.
Lidia has found a way to balance her professional and personal life. She brings her essence, her truth, her power, to everything she does, creating a flow of energy that strengthens throughout the day, eliminating the need for “recovery” time after work. She lives her passion, vision and mission in everything she does, creating more energy throughout the day.
Lidia is also a sought-after speaker and trainer, sharing her insights and experiences on topics such as leadership, personal growth, and self-empowerment. She is passionate about helping others to achieve their full potential and has a reputation for being a supportive and empowering mentor.
As a woman leader, Lidia has faced the common perception that a woman is only capable of fully utilizing one or two of her gifts or abilities in one profession at a time. She has always pursued more than one passion and calling, fully capable of focusing and succeeding in diverse professions. “It has been challenging to illustrate that I can be a leader in more than one profession with equal expertise, knowledge, insight, and wisdom,” she says.
To help women achieve a more prominent role in their organizations, Lidia emphasizes the importance of being true to oneself. “As humans evolve, we are embracing the importance of the feminine power within all things and balancing the masculine energies with the feminine energies,” she says. “Each woman has unique gifts. Feeling comfortable and confident expressing oneself with authentic feminine insight will greatly enhance women’s potential in leadership roles.”
Lidia’s greatest role model, mentor, and coach has been Michio Kushi, the modern forefather of macrobiotics. “His contribution to humanity was ahead of his time, a great visionary grounded in the ancient universal principles that govern life,” she says. As an archetype, she has also been inspired by Caroline Ingalls, the mother pioneer woman from the American books and television show Little House On the Prairie.
On a typical Saturday morning at 11 AM, you can find Lidia at her sanctuary farm Apona Healing Ranch. “When I am in the presence of these divine spiritual beings and outside in the fresh country air, I feel rejuvenated physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually,” she says. Her hobby and one of her greatest passions and missions is healing with horses. At her farm, she helps rescue horses from slaughter and provides a forever home for them to heal through Equine Assisted Therapy and Equine Healing Retreats.
Lidia’s strengths that have helped her in her success include her ability to focus, connect with her intuition and take action. Her weakness, which could be a learning playground for others, is her tendency to give too much to others and become drained. “I learned how to identify external stressors and recognize my energetic capacity, so that I do not live beyond my limit. I took my greatest weakness and turned it into a positive self-care tool for myself and others to manage energy and stress. This tool is my Capacity Principle™ of Conscious Leadership and Success” she says.”
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lidia is also a dedicated community member, actively involved in various charitable and social causes. She is a strong advocate for animal welfare and is dedicated to making a positive impact on the world through her work with horses and her commitment to social and environmental causes.
In conclusion, Lidia is a woman who has faced numerous challenges throughout her life, but has always found a way to overcome them. Through her journey of healing, personal growth, and evolution, she has become a leader in her field, an advocate for women’s rights, and a shining example of how to live a fulfilling and authentic life. Her unique path and passion for living has not only helped her achieve success, but also serves as an inspiration for others to find their own unique path and to live a life true to themselves. Her passion for healing and her work with horses is a reflection of her dedication to making a positive impact on the world. Lidia’s story is a testament to the power of the human spirit and the ability to overcome adversity and create a life of purpose, happiness and peace.
