Born in a small city named Pali, Rajasthan, Dr. Ashok Kumar Gaur is a Director of a Private Limited Company today. He runs a company named ‘Anchem Laboratories Pvt. Ltd with a fully-fledged satisfaction of customers. Starting from one product to reaching 43 in just two years, Dr Gaur has clearly defined that hard work and perseverance definitely pays you off with the compounding return. He has completed Post Graduation in Marketing and started working as a Medical Representative as soon as he completed his MBA. “Learn Early. Start Now. He has worked for about a decade as a Medical Representative and soon became a Manager and worked as the same for about four years in several esteemed organizations (MNCs). Throughout his entire work-life journey, he aimed at learning the newer practices and understanding the future scope of the market, honing the skills as per the requirement. However, something was missing, the spark of working in the desired place was still missing. In what he did, he wasn’t satisfied to work under someone because he wanted to explore the behemoth and start something of his own. “I always wanted to chase the vision more than money,” confidently says Dr Ashok Gaur. He has also been awarded as honorary doctorate in health care. His venture has also been amongst ‘Top 500 Startup Awards India’.
Ashok always dreamt of working as an Entrepreneur and wanted to explore the unexplored route. “Quit talking and start doing, because it is easier to discuss than implementing”, says Dr Ashok Gaur. Soon after accumulating all the experiences, he willingly left the job. He was aware of the fact that unless you leave the comfort zone, you won’t find exceptional results. The real magic lies in encountering the risks and uncovering the untapped potential.
“That was a tough period because you can’t convenience everyone for something which you haven’t started yet. You need to show them results to gain their trust in you, your pursuance. When I started my own Company ‘Anchem Laboratories Pvt. Ltd.’ in 2018, I solely took the courage and accepted the challenge. My family members weren’t delighted because they knew this route would be quite strenuous and painful”, asserted Dr Ashok Gaur. Anyhow, he stuck to his dream and kept on clearing every challenge just like the One Man Army and gave himself an opportunity to shape his career as a successful Medical Representative.
And it is said if can you dream it then you must live it, that’s exactly what Dr. Ashok Gaur followed and today there are no regrets about it. Dr. Ashok started Anchem Laboratories by marketing just one product and today i.e. in just two years they have been marketing and selling about 43 products to people. He took a plunge and confidently step ahead without worrying about failures. Because Dr Ashok believes that you only have to be right once and the rest of your attempts are enough to make you successful.
