And he is dedicated to leveraging his vast experience and network to positively impact organisations, stakeholders and society. This drive to contribute to the betterment of the world and create a positive impact fuels his passion and motivates him to continue pushing the boundaries! Industry complexity, technological advancements and people have been his three significant challenges throughout his career. He exclaims, “starting as a technology consultant at Accenture, I quickly learned that success in this space requires relentless hard work and a deep understanding of various industries, such as energy, healthcare, and consumer products. As I became a leader, the speed of technology change and the expectation to deliver solutions has increased exponentially, necessitating a daily commitment to lifelong learning and delivering for clients.” The corporate executive role brought about new challenges, particularly in the realm of people and culture, but Athikom is a staunch believer in hard work to obtain success. Hard work and preparation are critical in ensuring one is ready to take calculated risks and capitalise on opportunities.

He adds that whilst his primary goal is to drive strong business financial performance, his ultimate goal is to positively impact the lives of tens of thousands of farmers in Thailand by providing them with access to cutting-edge technology, data, and knowledge that will have a lasting and sustainable impact on society, especially for future generations in Thailand.
