A True Definition of Beauty with Brains
The seraphic beauty who is conquering the world, Alice Veglio, is a foremost international personal trainer and women empowerment activist in Italy and internationally. She has walked down the catwalk at some of the most prestigious fashion shows and posed worldwide for brands and photographers in prestigious locations such as Paris, Dubai, Rome, Maldives and Qatar. With numerous fashion week appearances, advertising campaigns, broadcasting events and music videos like ‘The Kolors’ and ‘Shade’ in 2018, she has truly made her mark with her enchanting persona. Alice also launched her first book, “The Heart and the Diamond”, last month, which became Amazon Italy Bestseller in less than 24 hours.
With determination and self-belief, she dived into the fashion world when she started posing for fashion brands for kids. At 15, she made her modelling debut with her first fashion show for Vogue. She has also been the poster girl for iconic brands like Juventus and Moto GP until 2024, when she had access to the Miss Italy final. In 2016, she won second place at Miss International Model; in 2017, she stood second at Miss Europe; the same year, she won the coveted title of Miss Earth Italy Air in 2017. This beauty queen’s spellbinding charm continued as she was crowned “Miss Multiverse 2023” at Miss Multiverse World Finals: the first beauty, intelligence, fitness and entrepreneurship competition for 21st-century women.
Starting her social media account in 2016, she began a career as a blogger and influencer with over 5,00,000 ardent followers enthralled by her content. Besides being involved in entertainment and modelling, Alice is exceptionally learned and has done double Italian-French graduation, a degree in Holistic Health Sciences (top of her class) and a second degree in Economics and Business Management, Certification of Personal Trainer, Nutrition Science degree (Stanford University), life coach international certification and apprenticeships at prestigious United Nations offices (FAO, WGEO) and Dubai government offices.
Boasting a successful career, in 2018, Alice launched her Fitness Program, which had over 30,000 members in the first year of inception. While being a certified fitness and health expert, she is vocal about women’s empowerment. This stems from her childhood struggle when she was diagnosed with a serious and dangerous spinal disease. Her ambitious project is titled ‘Bright & Fit, Fit Fitness Program’, and she says, “This strives to bring to Italy an innovative concept of digital wellness and women’s empowerment with the first 100% Italian fitness program application available on the major stores Apple and Android.”
Bright & Fit has more than 25 international team members dedicated to the project today. The incredible results achieved by the program’s users have led numerous magazines and television channels, such as Forbes Italia, Forbes India, RAI 3, La print, Thrive Global, Yahoo Finance, California Herald, and London Daily Post, to include her mission in their esteemed publications.
Alice describes the meaning of success as being able to make a difference in the world and to make a small contribution to improve people’s quality of life. She says, “Success in my specific case is to fight every day to show, even through my life story and experience, that there are no limits and that every woman has an infinite potential to be everything in life. I fight for female empowerment, and I fight to implement the traditional fitness sector with the best technologies and tools and use it to help women worldwide become the best version of themselves.”
She has been bestowed with numerous awards and recognitions, including being named one of the “Top 30 Fastest Growing Companies of 2024” by SME Business Review, recognised as one of the “World’s Most Influential Leaders Inspiring the Business World” by World’s Leaders Magazine, 2024, one of the “Top Transformational Women in Healthcare” by ELITEX, 2024, named one of “The Top 5 Influential Women Leaders of 2024” by Luminary Times Magazine, Visionaries Award, Health 2.0 Conference, Las Vegas – March 2024 to name a few.
