Unravelling the path to Divine Intelligence
What made a Woman of Science go on the journey to unravel Divine Intelligence and an Empowered Heart? As we ponder upon the question, Agnes Chau begins her story with a contented smile: “In my life journey, I have learned that it is important to bring forth your authentic self. So often, we try to fit in and subdue our authentic selves. It is our authentic selves that bring the talent and diverse thinking that is needed in any organization to excel and be innovative. Breathing through the heart is a way to connect with the Divine Intelligence that is within each of us, that in turn is connected with Divine Source. By connecting with our Divine Hearts, we can discover our authentic selves and align with our Divine Paths.”
The enigmatic Agnes Chau is a Global award-winning Transformational Life Coach and Founder of The Empowered Heart, Inc. With a foundation in different life-transforming modalities, she’s also a PSYCH-K® Facilitator and Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Women Empowered (WE) Instructor, making her a complete trainer to help clients succeed in all aspects of life.
Based in the US, Agnes spent the initial part of her professional life as an Aerospace Engineer. 26 years of being an engineer made her an innovator and a risk taker, winning her many accolades along the way – 2011 Connecticut Woman of Innovation Award for Large Business Innovation and Leadership; 2015 Manufacturing Institute’s STEP Ahead Award; and 2015 Society of Women Engineers’ Advocating Women in Engineering Award. She also holds several patents – including 27 Patents with the US Patent and Trademark Office; 28 with the European Patent Office; 11 with the World Intellectual Property Organization; and 1 with the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore.
A veritable tiger in the rat race, Agnes has led many tiger teams. “One of the most fulfilling activities in my career was leading Tiger Teams. These are large multi-disciplinary teams set up to tackle a tough problem and get to the root cause and corrective actions quickly. This is the year of the tiger, and it is characterized by dynamic, engaging, courageous, and spontaneous qualities.”
These are the very qualities that inspired Agnes on her inward journey. “The most important work I have is to help others connect with their Divine Hearts to tap into the Divine Intelligence within that is connected with Divine Source. Helping people align with their divine purpose is rewarding because it creates happiness from within by bringing forth our authentic selves. The vision I have is for people to awaken to their potential and live positive, conscious and empowered lives.”
Once Agnes discovered her passion for empowering others, she became a facilitator to drive transformations through two mediums – Agnes Chau LLC, which works with individuals; and her nonprofit The Empowered Heart, which works with groups of people. While Agnes Chau LLC focuses on private consulting and coaching, The Empowered Heart, Inc. (TEHI) empowers people, especially women, through education of strategies, tools, and techniques for self-defense, physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. “Every condition (physical, mental, emotional) or situation is based on belief systems, mostly subconscious. By transforming the beliefs, we can transform the condition or situation. I enjoy helping people tap into their Divine Intelligence to identify the most effective path forward for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.”
Stating it’s time to break free from the addiction to suffering, Agnes shares that there are a lot of outdated subconscious programs and it is time to upgrade our human operating system. PSYCH-K® is one powerful modality that involves the conscious mind and the body system to reprogram the subconscious mind to create the potential for accelerated results, she adds.
A lifelong learner, Agnes has a treasure chest of strategies, tools, and techniques for helping people overcome limiting beliefs. But how does she overcome challenges herself? “Time is the biggest challenge. With so many activities, it becomes a challenge to accomplish a lot in a little time. This is where the support of others comes in. I believe in luck and hard work. Energy flows to what we focus on. So hard work leads to more energy that some may describe as luck. Sometimes we make our own luck. With several expos coming up, I enlisted the help of my Eliances eBrain Trust, a mastermind group, as well as several companies and volunteers to help my businesses be successful. Others picked up on my enthusiasm and passion, and decided to donate their time and money to support my nonprofit’s mission.”
Agnes considers supporting people on their inward journey and helping them connect with their Divine Hearts as her greatest achievement. This year has seen her achieve international fame as well. First up was the Brainz Magazine’s CREA Global Award for 2022. The CREA Global Awards celebrate innovation and creativity by honoring top entrepreneurs, companies, business owners, thought-leaders, and celebrities who have used their initiative and creative vision to become true game-changers. Meanwhile her most recent honor was the International Association of Top Professionals’ Top Transformational Life Coach of the Year Award, October 2022.
As a leading figure in the transformational coaching industry, we use our last question to ask Agnes how one can embark upon leadership, to which she answers: “Leadership means embracing the empowerment dynamic and taking on the roles of creator, coach, and challenger at different times. It means developing other leaders. Followers may find themselves becoming leaders. A creator creates opportunities for oneself and others. A coach believes the other person is capable and may need a little guidance. And a challenger has positive intent to help the other person grow.”
