Radiating Positivity with her Perseverance
Nida Batool Syed is a person whose purpose in life is to help people find their smile back. Her passion is manifested from the same stem, which has nurtured into a beautiful flower that unleashes the hidden potential in people. She is a mental health therapist whose biggest happiness in life is to create a happier world by making people’s lives happier by helping them each step of the way. Her immeasurable radiance gleams in each person’s life she has transformed.
Nida has always believed that life is full of adventures and that life teaches many valuable lessons that are not found in any classroom. Giving an insight into her life, she says. “So, I think it would be enough to say that no matter how amazing, loving and caring your parents are, when you grow up in a South Asian family, you must be prepared to fight your battles. I guess that would be enough to realise that I have not always been the successful person that I am today, as presented to you.”
She finds joy in making the lives of people happier as she believes it is their birthright. She remarks, “No matter how challenging the circumstances are, and you know, sometimes all someone needs is just somebody they can trust and who listens to them. Not every client of mine wants me to think and brainstorm with him/her; some of them just want to talk because they want to be heard.”
Recalling some of the challenges she faced in her business journey, she feels that being a mental health therapist and the purpose of serving humanity takes a lot of courage. Being an empath and feeling the pain of the other person is a special skill which she does by analysing it as her own. In order to do this, she had to learn how to keep herself balanced and take the necessary breaks.
For this, she only takes a suitable number of clients to whom she can cater to the fullest. Nida says, “People don’t understand that when you are a therapist, you help someone transfer the pain into power, which is not easy because you connect with your client, and then you start working step by step on each issue they have. I don’t believe in hard work or luck, I believe in working smart and owning your destiny, which means following your soul’s purpose, and God will guide you.”
She is passionate about the human mind and its endless capabilities as well as inner workings. She believes it’s the most powerful tool that God has given us. She is able to understand how the subconscious mind works and its deep impact on the lives of each individual. If people can master it, then it doesn’t work against them but FOR them. That is why when she starts helping people, they notice that certain behaviours are a result of how they have reprogrammed themselves, allowing for a positive change. When this feat is accomplished, and her clients are back to being their happy selves, Nida gets her biggest reward, which makes her work enjoyable.
Nida is an optimistic person who believes that achieving any goal in life lies on the other side of your belief. She says, “As long as you don’t believe you can get to your goal, you won’t because your beliefs create your reality, and to work on your beliefs, you have to reprogram your subconscious mind. Once you have done that, you will manifest your desires into reality.”
Her inspiration has been her parents, who have guided her throughout her life. They have been a brilliant support to her and motivated her to take any challenge head-on. She is also thankful to her ancestors and mentors who have aided her in her illustrious career. Now her noble goal is to help as many people as possible all across the world. For that, she has recently launched a 12-week program with an affordable price to help people process their traumas.
Due to her many achievements in her career, she was bestowed with awards in 2022, like the ‘CREA Global Award’ by Brainz Magazine, in recognition of innovative, creative ideas, adaptability in business, and contribution to sustainability and mental health projects. She also received an extra award from ACCPH as an ACCPH fellow, which is granted to senior members for their special contribution to their field.
