Global Mentor for Inevitable Millionaires
You’re a good entrepreneur leading a profitable business. Yet, how do you enter the big league? How do you scale your business into an empire and become a 6-7 figure CEO yourself?
The answer is one – Kelly Roach. As the internationally renowned Founder and CEO of Kelly Roach Coaching + Business Advisory, Kelly has helped everyday entrepreneurs achieve 7 and 8 figure success, create generational wealth, and rewrite their money stories.
Based in the US and counted among the top training and coaching institutes in the world, Kelly Roach Coaching achieved a growth of roughly 1943% between 2019-2022. This landed the firm at #287 on the Inc 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in the US, as well as #10 on the Inc Southeast Regional’s fastest-growing private companies. The year also saw Kelly receive the Stevie Award for Women in Business, and the Titan Business Award.
“My goal is to become the #1 business education and leadership Development Company in the world. Currently, our company is striving to reach the $100 million mark and transform as many lives as possible through entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship. It’s been incredible that we’ve served business owners across 50+ industries globally, and this is just the beginning for us. My hope is that we will continue to disrupt the online business coaching space by zigging when others zag and leaning fully into our convictions, putting service and client results first.”
Kelly’s effective coaching programs stemmed from her experience in Fortune 500. She spent her 20s rising the ranks in corporate, learning foundational business principles, sales and leadership skills, when she realized that many of the principles employed by these large corporations didn’t translate to the entrepreneurial world, and you can’t possibly learn everything you need to know about business from an MBA or traditional education.
This realisation saw her launch her business in 2012 to help small business owners achieve financial and lifestyle freedom. “My Inevitable Millionaire mentorship stemmed from my desire to help more individuals achieve 1% wealth without sacrificing their health, relationships or happiness. There were not enough mentorships where anyone could get access to multi-million dollar minds, so my goal was to make that kind of education accessible and available to anyone.”
Kelly soon learned that most business leaders need to escape the rat race and focus on running their own: There can be a million other people out there who do what you do, but when you step into an abundance mindset and understand that there are far more opportunities than you could ever possibly take advantage of, far more people than you could ever possibly serve, that mindset shift will open up the opportunity for miracles and magic in your life. Understand that no one can possibly compete with your unique experiences, and your expertise — and instead of trying to ‘keep up’, focus on finding and serving YOUR people.
With almost two decades in the business, Kelly has learned many valuable lessons, the most important of which she shares with us:
- What feels like your biggest setback is likely your greatest superpower.
- Trust your intuition – it’s one of our most powerful tools, and will never steer you wrong.
- Vanity metrics don’t pay the bills. Many of our high-ticket clients who have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars with us have never engaged with one of our posts.
- Your physical and mental well-being must come first. With every big decision I’ve made in business, I’ve put health before strategy. Don’t neglect it.
- Your relationship with failure will impact how far you actually go. See it as learning.
A thorough advocate of hard work over luck, Kelly firmly believes that your past, or your current circumstances, are no excuse. “Wealth and success are available to anyone – no competitive advantage is required. I I think that building a solid foundation and executing the basic fundamentals consistently, coupled with grit, resilience, and long-term vision, is what will get you there much faster and more sustainably than ‘luck’.”
Taking her own advice to heart, Kelly has emerged a much sought after thought leader in the global coaching industry. She has surpassed 1.5 million podcast downloads and over 800 episodes of the popular ‘Kelly Roach Show’ podcast, published 4 best-selling books, and had 75 clients scale past 7 figures over the last 18 months.
Yet, she considers ‘charitable giving’ as one of the greatest achievements of her entrepreneurial journey. The firm has partnered twice with Charity:Water to fully fund two projects to provide clean drinking water, both in Nepal, Asia (currently underway), and in Malawi. They’ve also partnered with NAMI, SoGal, Black Girls Code, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Speaking about what drives her passion, Kelly shares, “There are a handful of things that drive my passion: family first and foremost. I do what I do so that I can show my daughter that anything you set out to achieve is possible when you’re willing to do the hard work and play the long game. I am also driven by my desire to give back, and in order to do more and give more, you must have and be more. We have been able to give back on a massive scale through our work and to be able to impact hundreds of lives has been one of the most rewarding parts of the journey. Additionally, my clients are certainly part of what drives my passion; especially those who, day in and day out, do the work required to achieve extraordinary milestones in their businesses and lives.”
Inspired by industry leaders like Chalene Johnson, Ali Brown, Cindy Eckert, and Napoleon Hill, to name a few, Kelly herself is an inspiration to many. Discussing her style of ‘intrapreneur’ leadership, she tells us, “The world needs more leaders who are disrupting industries and staying true to their core convictions, in a world of copycat marketing and tactics. However, there is also space for individuals who prefer to build wealth and change lives in places that align with their vision and values, which is where ‘intrapreneurship’ comes into play. Intrapreneurs support entrepreneurs in their mission and goals while making their dreams come true at the same time.”
This certainly explains why Kelly supersedes all other methods of rapid profitability. Leaving us with a final message, she sums up: “I just want to remind whoever is reading this that there is room for everyone at the top. But, it’s up to you to decide how far you’re willing to go to get there. I believe that regardless of current circumstances, you are in 100% control of your outcomes, no matter who you are.”
