Apply for the role you think you’re not ready for. Ask for the promotion or role change you’ve been quietly hoping for but doubted yourself about. You deserve every opportunity that comes your way. You’ll never truly know what you’re capable of until you take that leap of faith.”
She then offers a two-fold message that reflects the leader she has become:
“Never stop advocating for yourself. You are your strongest champion.”
And equally, “Never stop advocating for others. True leadership is measured by the opportunities you create for those around you.”
