Adarika’s excellence is driven by her passion for corporate law. “The key reasons that motivate me to do better each day are: Purpose and impact of my work – finding innovative solutions and helping clients navigate complex legal challenges; Continuous learning – staying updated with latest trends and regulations; Professional growth – achieving professional milestones and building relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry experts.”
However, she has also faced the challenges a legal profession so often brings along: economic pressures; client expectations; regulatory compliance; technological integration; and even work-life balance.
These challenges require advocates to be adaptable, innovative, and proactive in finding solutions to stay competitive and effective in their fields. Adarika herself has overcome the challenges by consistent effort and skill development. Her personal strengths of empathy, adaptability, resilience, creative problem solving, and great communication skills have seen her bounce back from setbacks and keep moving forward.
As a result, she has managed to maintain the highest level of ethical standards and honesty in all professional dealings. A thought leader, she’s known for making a significant impact in the profession. In addition to legal milestones, she contributes to society through volunteer work, activism, or creating something that benefits others. In addition, she cultivates meaningful connections with family, friends, and the community at large.
What inspires her to bring about a social transformation? “My role models include influential figures like Swami Vivekananda, Jaya Lalitha, and Malala Yousafzai, who inspire many with their dedication to justice, peace, and education. In books and literature, works like ‘The Alchemist’ by Paulo Coelho or ‘Man’s Search for Meaning’ by Viktor Frankl often provide profound insights and motivation. Lastly, I’m deeply motivated by nature. The beauty and resilience of nature can be a powerful source of inspiration, reminding us of the importance of balance and perseverance.”
This love for nature can be gauged in Adarika’s hobbies. On a typical Sunday morning, she likes to indulge in gardening or other outdoor activities. And when she gets ‘me time’, she likes to spend it by reading, meditating or doing yoga, listening to music or podcasts, or journaling.
A holistic leader, Adarika’s motto in life is simple: “Believe in yourself and all that you are. Every experience, good or bad, is a lesson learned,” she quotes with wisdom.
