Additionally, he is accredited with certifications in the Data Capability Assessment Model (DCAM) and has completed specialized training in Data Ethics, RAI, Knowledge Graphs, and Probabilistic Graphical Models through a specialization offered by Stanford University.
After his bachelor’s education, choosing to stay close to his roots, Satish made a pivotal decision to contribute to the burgeoning technology sector in India rather than pursuing opportunities abroad. Satish embarked on a remarkable professional journey at the erstwhile company Inautix Technologies Pvt. Ltd., then an upcoming GCC unit in India.
His ascent up the corporate ladder unfolded opportunities for strategic roles. Starting as a software professional with Java-based skill sets, Satish’s journey evolved into that of a techno-functional leader with honed project management skills, cutting across multiple verticals and leading cross-functional teams across multiple locations globally. He gained experience in delivering platform capabilities serving trading, settlement, and global collateral management services over the next decade.
In 2013, Satish switched gears, leading the Eagle Investment System’s Investment Accounting R&D team for the next three years. This marked a significant phase in his career, where he delved into leading an R&D team, requiring a shift in leadership skills to foster an environment conducive to explorative tasks.
The ever-evolving landscape of technology, particularly in data management, captivated Satish’s interest. His expertise and interest in data engineering and analytics paved the way for his current role as a leader for the Financial Markets Group’s Metadata Platform and Data Quality Standards at Standard Chartered.
In his current role, Satish works at the intersection of technology and business operations, aligning the metadata repository platform capabilities with overall data management objectives and adhering to regulatory reforms.
Beyond the professional arena, Satish’s personal life reflects a balance achieved with discipline. Married with two children, he acknowledges the unconditional support of his wife and parents. Despite hailing from an orthodox Hindu family, Satish’s parents’ liberal mindset boosts his pursuit of professional aspirations and personal passions.

Satish has also been recognized in 3AI’s “Inspiring Stories” collection, sharing insights from his career journey.
