True leadership is rarely defined by the number of businesses one builds, but by the number of lives those businesses ultimately transform. For entrepreneur, founder educator and keynote speaker Inaas Abdalla, success has never been measured by commercial achievement alone. It has always been about creating opportunities where none existed before, equipping women with knowledge that empowers informed choices, and demonstrating that ambition, cultural identity and ethical leadership can flourish together. Having built three businesses from the ground up while operating between the United Kingdom and the Middle East, Abdalla has created an entrepreneurial ecosystem where beauty is backed by science, education fuels enterprise, and leadership is measured by the ability to elevate others.
Her journey began with a simple conviction: women deserve access to luxury beauty products and credible skin knowledge without unnecessary barriers. That belief gave birth to Inês Cosmetics, a luxury cruelty-free DIY cluster lash brand that enables women to recreate professional-quality beauty treatments at home. Yet as she immersed herself further into the industry, Abdalla recognised that many women, particularly those with diverse skin tones, lacked access to personalised, evidence-based skincare guidance. This insight led to the creation of InêSKN, a virtual consultancy combining scientific understanding with tailored skincare solutions that place long-term skin health above fleeting trends.
As her entrepreneurial journey evolved, another gap became evident. She encountered aspiring founders with exceptional ideas but little access to structured guidance or experienced mentorship. Determined to bridge this divide, she established YIP – Your Intellectual Partner, a founder education community that supports early-stage entrepreneurs from concept to commercial success. Through its Founder Growth Lab, participants receive mentorship from specialists across artificial intelligence, finance, brand strategy and public speaking, transforming ambition into sustainable businesses. Throughout every venture, one philosophy has remained constant: “Women who are informed and equipped are unstoppable.”
Today, Abdalla leads three ventures while establishing herself as an influential voice at the intersection of beauty, entrepreneurship and emerging technologies. Alongside her role as a founder educator, she is a respected keynote speaker whose insights on ethical beauty, artificial intelligence and modern business have resonated internationally. Her One Day MBA, completed with distinction-level performance, and certification in artificial intelligence reflect her belief that leadership demands continuous learning alongside practical experience.
Her commitment to excellence has earned international recognition. Between 2025 and 2026, she received honours including Excellence in Leadership, Leader in Ethical Cosmetics, Expert in Skin Health, Face of WOHA and Master in Creativity, Beauty & Design, while Inês Cosmetics was recognised by UAE Stories for its growing influence within the beauty industry. Rather than viewing these accolades as destinations, Abdalla considers them affirmations of a mission that continues to empower women.
What distinguishes Abdalla is not merely the breadth of her professional portfolio but the philosophy that underpins her leadership. She believes exceptional leaders create environments where knowledge is openly shared, individuals feel genuinely seen, and future leaders are developed rather than managed. Within YIP, collaboration outweighs competition, while across her businesses, expertise is regarded as a resource to be generously shared.
She attributes much of her success to maintaining both strategic vision and meticulous execution. Curious by nature and resilient in practice, she combines analytical thinking with empathy, ensuring every decision reflects both commercial clarity and human understanding. She also acknowledges that her pursuit of excellence once made delegation difficult, but learning to trust capable teams has become one of the defining lessons of her leadership journey.
Managing businesses across continents demands discipline rather than perfect balance. Abdalla structures her mornings around strategic thinking, batches creative and community work, and remains fully present whether she is in London or Riyadh. Sustainable success, she believes, is created through intentional boundaries that protect both productivity and personal wellbeing.
Beyond entrepreneurship, she reconnects with herself through music, creative writing and meaningful conversations. Fluent in English and multiple Arabic dialects, she draws inspiration from language, storytelling and cultural exchange. Even moments of rest involve exploring new AI innovations, skincare research or evolving business ideas, proving that curiosity itself can be restorative.
Looking ahead, Abdalla envisions expanding Inês Cosmetics throughout the Gulf, establishing InêSKN as a globally respected skincare consultancy for women of colour, and growing YIP into the most trusted founder education community for women across the Arab world and beyond. More than building successful companies, she hopes her journey will demonstrate that cultural heritage, uncompromising excellence and global ambition can coexist harmoniously.
Her message to aspiring entrepreneurs is both simple and empowering: “You do not need permission to begin. You do not need to have everything figured out before you take the first step.” It is a philosophy she has lived by herself, building three businesses not because every challenge unfolded perfectly, but because she refused to stop when obstacles appeared. In doing so, Inaas Abdalla continues to redefine modern leadership, one where beauty inspires confidence, knowledge creates opportunity, and success is ultimately measured by the people empowered to rise alongside you.
