Looking back on her illustrious career spanning more than 2 decades, she reflects, “One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that people are at the heart of every organization. Soha’s inspiration comes from the diverse set of people she’s had the honor to communicate with, train, and mentor excessively. Watching individuals transform, grow, and succeed through the programs she’s developed motivates her to keep going.
Residing in Dubai, Soha’s journey began with a deep passion for education and communication. After completing her early education in UK, she joined Ain Shams University for a bachelor’s degree in mass media &communication, followed by a master’s degree in human resource management from UK. An exceptional learner, she soon obtained her PhD in Business Administration and Management from University of Brighton International College in UK.
Over the years, Soha has had the privilege of working with organizations across sectors and cities — from telecommunications and banking to education, entertainment, and technology. Some of her global employers include — Bahgat Group in Egypt, Nile TV, Nokia Corporation, The Canadian University, 2454Abu Dhabi, National Media Council, Flash Entertainment, UAE Banks Federation, UAE central bank, and Korn Ferry among others.
Last year, Soha’s undeniable influence in the sector saw her headhunted to the Ministry of Presidential Affairs, UAE as Strategic Communications Consultant. In addition, she continues to be an active Managing and cofounding couple of private businesses in UAE.
Each unique experience has enriched Soha’s understanding of how people learn and how companies can best support that process. Through roles as an executive coach, HR training consultant, and communication strategist, she has dedicated her career to helping others unlock their potential. In the telecommunications sector, she has trained major organizations such as Mobinil (Egypt), Vodafone (Egypt), Etisalat (Egypt and Dubai), Q-tel Qatar (Ooredooo), MTN (Sudan), Nokia (Middle East and North Africa), and Zain (Kuwait). Additionally, her expertise spans the automotive sector, where she has worked with companies like Al Mansour Group (Egypt) and Nissan Abu Dhabi. In the petroleum sector, Dr. Soha has delivered training programs for companies including Echem, Enpi, and Sakr, while in the pharmaceutical industry, she has worked with Novartis.
Dr. Soha’s impact in the banking sector is equally impressive, with clients such as Taameer Bank (Karachi), Al Ahli Bank (Egypt), QNB (Qatar), and NBAD (UAE). She has also worked with several other international and regional clients, including HAAD (Abu Dhabi), DEWA (Dubai), Qatar Foundation, Takreer (UAE), Emirates Foundation, and Al Marai. However, a weakness she’s had to overcome is the tendency to take on too many projects at once. Over time, she has learned the value of balance and the importance of prioritizing to ensure that each initiative receives the attention it deserves.
Speaking about this elusive balance, she tells us, “Finding balance has always been a priority for me, though it can be challenging at times. I’ve learned to set clear boundaries and make time for personal pursuits that rejuvenate me. I also lean on a strong support network — both professionally and personally — to help manage demands. Staying organized and being mindful of self-care are key in ensuring that I’m able to give my best in all areas of my life.”
In her personal time, Soha loves reading, especially on topics related to leadership and personal development. It keeps her inspired and aligned with her professional goals. She also enjoys traveling, as it offers a chance to experience new cultures and perspectives. She loves playing piano and singing too. In her downtime, spending quality time with family and practicing mindfulness through meditation help her stay grounded.
A big believer in human potential, Soha’s most valuable possessions are the relationships she’s built throughout her career and personal life. The connections with colleagues, friends, and family have provided her with continuous support and inspiration. Additionally, the knowledge she’s gained through learning and experiences is something she holds dear, as it has shaped who she is today.

I believe in empowering those around me by providing the tools and support they need to succeed. I place great value on open communication and transparency, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the vision and feels motivated to contribute their best. I strive to lead by example, fostering an environment where innovation and growth are encouraged.”
Dr. Soha Emam’s career is marked by a series of groundbreaking achievements that showcase her leadership and expertise across multiple sectors, particularly in HR, communications, and event management. One of her standout accomplishments includes creating and executing the global launch press conference for an International AI Company. Additionally, Dr. Emam played a key role in the successful planning and execution of various high-profile events, including the UAE National Day event broadcast on TV in 2018 in collaboration with Flash Entertainment and the Mother of “the Nation festival in the same year.
Her strategic influence extended to the UAE Banking sector, where she spearheaded Middle East Banking Forum in 2019, involving 53-member banks. Dr. Emam also contributed to the development of the UAE’s “Think Science” initiative, where she trained young, talented students through the Emirates Foundation. Her dedication to cultural awareness and community support during challenging times is demonstrated by her initiative with Ma’an and UAE Red Crescent during the pandemic, providing crucial assistance to elderly populations.
As a strong advocate for national awareness, Dr. Emam managed the largest National Awareness Fraud Campaign in the UAE between 2019 and 2020, further demonstrating her leadership in social responsibility and public service. Her extensive portfolio also includes executing the prestigious World Jiu-Jitsu Championship in the UAE in 2018, and overseeing the Emirates’ participation in the EXPO Astana 2019 in Kazakhstan.
Other key achievements include her work in the media and entertainment sector, such as moderating the marketing session at the National Treasure Conference 2017, executing the Nokia Lumia product launch in the UK in 2011, and managing multiple high-profile TV productions, including the “Prince of Poets” and “The Million Poet” programs with Media company in Abu Dhabi.
