Abhimanyyu Nirulaa’s journey is a narrative of embracing diverse strengths, ultimately converging into a purpose-driven pursuit of justice.
Early encounters with computers ignited his passion for software. In school, his flair for speech catapulted him into declamations and debates. This blend of computer curiosity and exceptional speaking abilities paved the path for a career where he employs logic, creativity, and advocacy in equal measure.
Today, he’s a seasoned Lawyer with almost a decade of experience in corporate and litigation. His litigation background spans civil and criminal cases, where he successfully obtained favourable orders for multinational banks, facilitating the recovery of outstanding amounts from DRT, SARFAESI, District and High Court. He’s adeptly represented corporate clients in labour and HR-related matters before Labour Commissioner offices, courts, and tribunals. In addition, his expertise extends to defending clients from investigation authorities such as the Economic Offences Wing, Cyber Cell, etc.
In his corporate role, Abhimanyyu has harnessed his litigation experience to develop strategies for defending companies in legal proceedings. He has excelled in drafting and reviewing a range of agreements, and a notable achievement in his career is his involvement in drafting tripartite agreement in the EV sector, contributing to the country’s environmental goals.
Currently, he is the Regional Manager – Legal and Compliance Officer, at Blue Dart, a renowned logistics company with 75% MNC holdings.
Abhimanyyu’s versatile legal portfolio is a testament to his holistic development while pursuing B.A.LLB (H) from Amity University and Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Laws & Management from the Indian Law Institute. During college, he engaged extensively in debates, moot court competitions, and seminars. Participating in events presided by the President of India and Chief Justices from international courts provided invaluable professional interactions, broadening his perspectives.
Thereafter, litigation offered him the crucible where theory meets practice, honing skills vital for a robust legal career. Through this trajectory, he seeks to build a strong groundwork, ensuring adeptness in navigating the complexities of the legal realm. His legal portfolio not only showcases academic prowess but also underscores a commitment to real-world application and a steadfast resolve to contribute meaningfully to the field of law.

Abhimanyyu embarked on his legal journey by joining a tier 3 law firm entrenched in the BFSI sector. Securing a position demanded relentless effort, and sustaining it relied solely on hard work. Leveraging his oratory skills, he navigated district courts across Delhi/NCR, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Punjab, securing favourable outcomes for clients. Extensive legal research became his cornerstone. Hard work, coupled with serendipitous opportunities, propelled him into the realm of Delhi High Court, Punjab and Haryana High Court at Chandigarh, and eventually the Supreme Court.
Abhimanyyu’s journey underscores the symbiosis of perseverance and fortuitous occurrences. He firmly believes that dedication breeds opportunities, and luck favors the prepared mind. This mindset eschews conformity, embracing individuality and excellence, ensuring he thrives in the jungle of life rather than merely surviving amidst the crowds.
