Venkata’s story starts miles away from the shining centers of global technology. Born into poverty, he lived in conditions of shortage, which instilled in him grit and determination. “I learned very early the importance of determination,” he remembers.
An early interest in computers and problem-solving led to his first IT role, a crossroads that would lead him to global companies like Weir Group, Siemens, and Meta. During the next 14 years, he developed expertise in software engineering, leadership, and innovation.
