Pilates looks easy until you have tried It

The difference between Pilates and yoga
Pilates and Yoga appear similar, they both are practiced on the mat, same class setting, but it is absolutely different. Yoga comes with a deep spiritual history behind its postures and asanas with breathing focussed in your stomach. While Pilates was found by a man called Joseph Pilates and it is a very scientific form of workout with Ribcage Breathing in focus, without any spiritual significance. In Yoga you usually hold a pose, where as in Pilates you go on with a set of repetitions. A lot of people enjoy both, however everyone has a unique body type, you should always indulge in what you Enjoy.
Why Pilates is good for everyone
Most common misconception, Pilates is only for women, not at all. Pilates was actually found out by a man for men at war. Pilates is practiced by a lot of men as they benefit a lot out of the Pilates program. It helps them to increase their body and core strength, flexibility, mental health balance, and much more.
