Patrick’s story begins in Tehran, only to soon unfold across Lebanon, Cyprus, the USA, Canada and Switzerland. As a child, he lived through the Iranian Revolution and the Lebanese Civil War, becoming a refugee with his family. They lost everything. Years later, when he completed university, Patrick found himself facing another battle, nearly $100,000 in debt and without a single asset. Yet he never allowed adversity to write his story.
“My parents lost everything and had to start from scratch, myself as well when I started my career. Today, I am a multi-millionaire,” he shares, capturing a journey of grit, discipline and extraordinary personal transformation.
Patrick currently holds two influential positions, Senior Principal at Infosys Consulting and Founder & CEO of Matterhorn Labs. His portfolio further includes roles as Professional Coach/Mentor, Published Author, and Financial Influencer. He now plans to launch an Angel Investment Fund, a podcast and a YouTube channel, marking the next chapter in his mission to empower others across technology, business and finance.
In his early years, Patrick looked up to Bill Gates and Steve Jobs for their innovation and spirit of disruption. But as time passed, his greatest inspiration shifted inward.
“After my career took off, I found inspiration in myself and worked daily to continuously improve myself through self-reflection and personal improvement,” he says. His current goals speak to his ambition, career advancement at Infosys Consulting, scaling Matterhorn Labs, excelling in professional Forex trading and becoming a globally recognized financial influencer.
Patrick’s leadership style blends Japanese and American philosophies with his own values. Calm, cool and collected, he believes greatness exists in everyone. “I believe that everyone is capable of greatness. I am an enabler of greatness in people, through my coaching, mentoring and leadership style,” he explains.
His strengths, reliability, diligence, adaptability, innovation, consistency and passion, make him the type of leader who drives performance without sacrificing empathy. When asked about weaknesses, he answers with an uncommon perspective, “None that I can think of because I work on removing impediments on a daily basis; if I find something or someone reflects on it to me, I adapt immediately.”

He plans his days, weeks and years in advance and does not allow impediments to distract him from his objectives. He credits James Clear’s Atomic Habits as a key influence in building systems that maintain discipline without burnout.
Patrick’s downtime is remarkably intentional and diverse. Fitness, indoor cycling and strength training fuel his physical lifestyle; reading fuels his mind, with 300+ books on his 15-year reading list. He also creates electronic music on Logic Pro, and enjoys strategy games and board games with his wife, demonstrating that his creativity and curiosity are never limited to one field.
