All nominations must include these documents:

• Brief bio of nominee – no more than 300 words
• Letter of consent from the nominee or his/her management

SELECTION PROCESS:

1. The nominations will be submitted to the Nomination Committee of Passion Vista.
2. The selected nominees’ names will be presented to UBVL’s Board of Directors who will vote to select the nominees for final approval.
3. Nomination and selection procedures, forms, and qualifications are guidelines only which are entirely within the UBVL’s discretion, and are subject to change at any time, without notice.
4. The most qualified artists nominated are eligible for Awards to be presented by the Global Magazine – passion Vista.

WHO CAN SUBMIT?

With the nominee’s permission, producers, studios/networks, agents, managers, or publicists may submit performances for consideration in the category designated by the nominee. Nominees may, of course, submit their own performance as well.

HOW TO SUBMIT

1. Submissions are 100% paperless and will only be accepted online. Filling up the details in the Nomination form is a mandate.
2. Please clearly confirm the eligibility and mention the awards category for the nomination. The nominee’s photos and credits (whenever applicable) must accompany the online form submission.
3. Please make sure that all spellings, contact information, and company/distribution information are correct. The PVGS Awards for balloting and nominations will use the information listed on your submission.

You will be contacted via email with any questions regarding your submission and you will receive a confirmation once your submission has been processed and accepted by the Awards Committee.

Nominations must be submitted using the Awards Nomination Form, which must be completed in its entirety. All supporting documentation must have relevance to specific criteria requirements. The volume of material submitted is not important. Documentation should support what the nominee accomplished and why the nominee deserves an award. The organizers reserve the right to use all or part of any material and pictures (Data collected, photographs, videos, news coverage or any other such details) related to Passion Vista Glamour and Style Awards for future use or any publicity campaign. The organisers will not provide travel and accommodation. The organizers also reserve the right to cancel any award in a particular category, zone, or category if required. The Organizers also reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event or change its venue in case of non-availability of the celebrity dates or for any other unavoidable reasons. The Organizers reserve the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice. Attendance at the Passion Vista Glamour and Style Awards event is mandatory for all nominees. The organizers require the physical presence of nominees at the event. Failure to attend may result in disqualification from consideration for awards.

This award's nomination and confirmation process are entirely independent of commercial endorsements or sponsorships. No financial considerations have influenced the decision-making. The selection is based solely on merit, achievements, and adherence to established criteria. We affirm our commitment to a fair and transparent process, free from external commercial influences.

UBVL does not guarantee the participants any aid in the Visa process and the confirmation of Visa is completely dependent on the embassy issuing the same. Unified Brainz Virtuoso Ltd. is solely an organizer for the Passion Vista Glamour and Style Awards. The sole Discretion of shortlisting the winners in each Category lies with UBVL. Any Dispute arising will be dealt with in the Jurisdiction of UBVL, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. UBVL or any of its associated partnering organizations or affiliates shall not be responsible.

The names and details mentioned in your nomination/application form is final and binding, we will use the same for issuing any Certifications, Awards or Social Media.
