The organizers reserve the right to use all or part of any material and pictures (Data collected, photographs, news coverage or any other such details) related to Passion Vista Glamour and Style Awards for future use or any publicity campaign. The organisers will not provide travel and accommodation. The organizers also reserve the right to cancel any award in a particular category, zone, or category if required. UBVL does not guarantee the participants any aid in the Visa process and the confirmation of Visa is completely dependent on the embassy issuing the same. Unified Brainz Virtuoso Ltd. is solely an organizer for the Passion Vista Creator’s Awards. The sole Discretion of shortlisting the winners in each Category lies with UBVL. Any Dispute arising will be dealt with in the Jurisdiction of UBVL, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. UBVL or any of its associated partnering organizations or affiliates shall not be responsible.
The names and details mentioned in your nomination/application form is final and binding, we will use the same for issuing any Certifications, Awards or Social Media.
