Here are some of the best cities in the UAE

Words fall short of describing the wonderment that Dubai has to offer, from beaches, deserts, swanky restaurants, and delectable food to the magnificent Burj Khalifa. Along with Dubai, there are numerous cities in the United Arab Emirates that are worth a visit as they have their own unique charm that is certainly irreplaceable.

Abu Dhabi

This city is a medley of modernism while staying connected to its traditional roots. Home to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, an architectural marvel which has a splendid white serenity intricately adorned with beautiful embellishments. To give the nod to its global cultural flair, the Louvre Abu Dhabi has some of the most admired paintings in the world, and its exterior is a work of art in itself. If you’re in for a wholesome adventure, then a day spent at the massive Ferrari World and Yas Island will fill your heart with utmost happiness.

Sharjah

An art lovers’ paradise, this city has retained its heritage while displaying ones from around the world. A kaleidoscopic array of things to do in the city and has many illustrious museums that will give you an insight into this Arabic land. The main attraction is the desert safari at the Sharjah Desert Park, where you can surf the sand dunes soaking in the sun. You can pamper yourself on a shopping spree at the Blue Souk, which has many traditional things like rugs, jewellery, and more to buy. An evening spent in the Venetian vistas at Al Qasba is also recommended.

Ras Al-Khaimah

This scenic city sits on the Persian Gulf Coast and has an enviable shoreline that has many elusive beaches. If you have an adventurous soul then take a trip to the Jebel Jais in the Hajar Mountain Range, which has a splendid view of the barren cliffs straight out of a science fiction movie. The best way to view it would be through the world’s longest zipline across the summit, with blissful air filling the atmosphere. Just 20 km north of the city is the 16th Century Dhayah Fort which has a long history. You can visit this wonderland from October to mid-April, which is the ideal time.

Ajman

Ajman is a luxurious affair that embraces a quiet and peaceful sublimity that makes it one of the best cities in the UAE. Being the smallest of the seven cities, it has a tremendous amount of activities to indulge in. Besides the breathtaking beaches, Ajman also has the Al Zorah Nature Reserve, where you can witness pink flamingos and pristine mangroves. A city known for having the most high-end resort that promises a regale experience, you can also find not-so-expensive things to do. This includes visiting the City Centre of Ajman, the Ajman National Museum and Dhow Yard.

Fujairah

This iconic city is a personification of the simple lifestyle, which is surrounded by magnetic energy which is unfound in the fast-paced life. This industrial city has lots to offer, including a spectacular diving experience at the Dibba Rock. Besides this, you can explore the Fujairah Fort, which majestically sits on rugged terrain with a unique architectural design. With unbeatable views of the Gulf of Oman, you can also see the flourishing mother nature in Wadi Al Waruyah, Wadi Al Hayl and Wadi Siji.
