Additionally, Dave’s support was pivotal in helping me navigate the management aspects and intricacies of Business Intelligence,” Gagandeep recalls.

A distinguished author for CDO Magazine, Gagandeep is also an esteemed honoree of Senior Member status with IEEE and serves as a Technology Expert in judging various industry-wide technology awards, including the Stevie Awards. Now at Regions Bank, he plays a pivotal role in several critical initiatives, including Data Lake Integration, Fed Findings, Systems Integration, and defect reporting projects. These efforts enable the Bank to operate with safety and soundness while implementing effective SOX controls to meet regulatory expectations and ensure compliance.
His robust technical foundation—bolstered by dual Master’s degrees in Software and Mechanical Engineering and an Executive Leadership certification from Cornell University—has equipped him to guide multiple organizations toward mature data management practices and enhanced profitability, with a strong emphasis on safety and soundness.
