It´s important that you have done the previous work of understanding some things from the past – maybe a therapy and addressing deeper mental issues, with a professional, so that you can free yourself to a new, more content you. I truly believe that we all thrive in the NOW, so that is why our Program is so relevant and important, specially in a world that changes moment by moment. Humans need some consistency, love, and support along the way.
Are you already now in a place of gratitude for what you already are and have?
We are amazing achievers, yet deep inside we know how small we are in the face of bigger events, whether of nature, personal, professional and of the world. Yet kindness and good actions, although quite shy and on the quiet side, are also huge and to be acknowledged.
Much has been said about beliefs, of how they can hold you back or set you free to pursue, work and imagine the life you desire. One of the ways you can tweak your beliefs is by applying consistency – repetition is a great way to achieve change, on the way to improve your life, business, and relationships.
Add consistency to both tools I wrote in the previous article, about creativity and conciliation, and you will build your personal roadmap, from new mindset to new action; this will elevate you and those near you, family, work, colleagues – by helping yourself, you are helping others as well.
Used here in coaching, the tool conciliation will assist you in holding together your daily consistency (things must be done regularly to achieve results, even if it´s in your own rhythm), and your creativity (which is an expression of who you are and of how you choose to operate your life and existence).
Tip: wake up, start your consistent mindset routine (from journaling and gratitude, to work, tasks and chores, exercise), feel within you how you will create the day, and conciliate both with a timeline and operative steps (who do you have to call, what to do, how are you feeling today).

With this first mindset installed and active, you are ready to go deeper, and I am sharing freely here some tips from our amazing program, that you can start practicing now, so that you start the year ahead with more clarity and confidence, plus intention and meaning!
So, grab now your pen and paper, or notebook, (for changing mindset and setting in consistency, I find more efficient the journal and textbook practice), and let´s do this!
KEEP + SEEK + ALIGN = (processing the) OUTCOME
Step One
Choose three sheets of paper (or word doc) and write KEEP on one, SEEK on the second and ALIGN on the third. For focus you can start with only one page for each topic.
On the first KEEP sheet you will write, by topics, situations, goals, relationships, and venues, which you intend to keep in your daily routine and year – this is roadmap to KEEP you focused and on track.
One suggestion is that you sit down in a quiet spot, and take notes, on the cell phone is fine also, yet pen and paper have a magic touch to them – a direct connection to your mind and heart, helping you remember and sediment the intentions.
Ask yourself these 5 questions and start making your own time – it´s time when YOU make time for your goals.
1. Do you have a sense of invisibility?
2.Being creative sounds silly?
3.Do you postpone for others?
4.Responsibilities crush you?
5.Feel it´s too soon or too late to start something new?
This a specific one on one program for those who want to have a drone view of where they are at with themselves, family and creativity – a place to release the pain of feeling stuck and start your new dreams.
What does KEEP mean?
Think about the meaning of the word keep: “to have or retain possession of,” “to continue to be in a specific position, or condition,” and “continue to be,” “carry on being.”
Close your eyes – think of the places you enjoy visiting and living in – what is the feeling?
KEEP, for the new year ahead, means going through not only your material things, yet also your emotions, feelings, and relationships. Is it time for a house refresh, to donate some of the things that are no longer special for you, work on your emotions, what is the group and/or special person that you enjoy being and working with? Keep them, keep the good feelings, keep the gratitude.
Step Two. SEEK
To seek is to search for things and situations that you long for, and that are not already in your life. It´s the hands-on part, where you will research a new course, skill, change careers, move house, or even country.
Open the second page – SEEK – and write down all that comes to your mind. This includes a spiritual search, becoming who you need to be to attract love, relationships and more. It´s a mix of inner work with practical steps. You will love this step and find treasures within you and discover how strong you are.
Step Three. ALIGN
Have you ever felt that click inside you? When things fall into place, after much hard work and search? Here is when you read both page one and two, and then create an essay, a story, or just write how you will make them work together – in theory and practice.
Once you learn this process, you can also think it through while walking, exercising, and then sit and write it down. It can be applied in new ways, for any goals you are working on. KEEP in mind that as much as we can plan and dream, life tends to be unpredictable and control is many times evasive, so be grateful for your daily effort and allow life to guide you.
OUTCOME
This is a process and an exciting challenge – to work the journey, see it develop and tweak it along the way. Of course, during our LCN creative 1:1 program, you will be supported and go deeper into your goals and growth. Are you ready?
