Yasily Ogando Roa is an executive leader in the medical device industry with over 30 years of experience of developing and sustaining organization’s quality and regulatory affairs strategy. She has demonstrated a proven track-record in achieving global quality management systems and process alignment for product manufacturing, importing or distribution within multi-site locations.

As a leader, Yasily fosters an inclusive environment by supporting her team and in collaboration with colleagues within the industry. She is enthusiastic about developing the strategic planning for the manufactured products, and a solutions-oriented leader with a strong focus on achieving medical devices safety to end user, high productivity, and quality of finished goods.

Yasily holds a degree in Computer Science and multiple recognized accredited certifications. As a result of Yasily’s vast career performance, she was nominated as “Influential Woman of Manufacturing and Plan Services” at Influential Women in Manufacturing in 2019, she was awarded as “Outstanding Leadership” by Health 2.0 Conference July 2023 in Las Vegas, NV. In 2023, Yasily was an honoree for the “2023 Global Game Changer” by Passion Vista, and at the beginning of 2024, she was awarded with an Honorary Degree as a Doctor of Professional Studies (DPS) “Quality Management Systems” from the Universidad Azteca, Mexico January 2024.
