The charismatic Alla Koudriavtseva is rewriting the rules of global entrepreneurship even as you read this. An award-winning serial entrepreneur based in Nevada, USA, Alla is the owner of vastly successful firms such as – Golden Sunset Limousine; Alla VK International Design Company; The Alfa Male Drink; and The Dark Hexagon(E) Psychology Theory And Research, among others.

Speaking about pursuing such diverse ventures, she shares, “I always wanted to have financial freedom to do what I love, have family, travel, and find passion that could make a change and benefit our life. I hope sometime soon it’s going to be one world and maybe two financial systems – traditional with fiat money and contemporary cryptocurrency based, both of which can successfully exist together.”

Alla’s desire to make an impact can be traced to her rich roots. Hailing from Ukraine, she was born in Kremenets, a really beautiful mountain town. Filled with loving memories of her beautiful past, she reflects, “It’s so sad and still feels surreal that Ukraine has been a war zone. My aunt and uncle had to evacuate their kids to Italy and Israel. Ever so often, they had to go to a bombing shelter when certain areas were heavily attacked. Thankfully, they are safe now.”

Decades earlier, Alla’s family too traveled across the country and lived in Poland before they moved to the city of Khabarovsk where she graduated from high school. While in high school, she got enrolled and successfully completed a University level program – Advanced Problem Solving in Physics and Mathematics. She then attended the Medical Institute for two years as she was planning to become a Doctor. She also obtained a degree in Health Sciences – Nursing and Psychology later in life.

However, destiny intervened, and Alla found herself in the United States in 1996. Based in Olympia, Washington, she took an English language course at the Evergreen State College before enrolling at the Art Institute of Seattle and obtaining a Degree in Art, Fashion Design, and Marketing.

Moving to a new country proved a significant challenge. “Moving from Ukraine to US was like starting over as the society and cultures are very different. I did not speak English prior to it. There were a lot of adjustments needed to be made and it was challenging. Few times, I had to overcome extremely difficult situations.”

When Alla graduated from Art school, she had to take 9-5 jobs with symbolic pay and without an ounce of glamour. She knew this was not going to get her anywhere; she had to get access to a better career, save money, and invest.

Having seen the world at close quarters, she put her vision and skill to task and turned Entrepreneur. Today, she’s the owner of many award-winning ventures like:

1. Golden Sunset Limousine Service (2010) in San Diego, California (www.goldensunsetlimo.com ). They cater to Local and Native American communities as well as their Casinos and other establishments covering Orange County, Encinitas, Solana Beach, San Diego, and surrounding areas.
2. Family real estate venture – Sunshine Custom Home Builders LLC – rehabbing homes after hurricanes Ian and building new semi-custom homes in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers, and Naples.
3. Since 2013, Alla has also managed her own realty – rentals, property management, real estate investments.
4. Interior Decorating Company (2015) – Alla VK International. While Alla always did her best to ensure her clients got good deals on the finest materials, she was able to significantly increase the value of properties by desirable design concepts. As a result, their clients enjoyed their homes or offices while also profiting from resales.
5. Crypto currency investments.
6. Development of beverages – The Alfa Male Drink TM, Alfimov Noble TM (USPTO Trademark), www.thealfamaledrink.com . In the loving memory of her Father (He was a scientist – professor of Physics and Mathematics, and also worked with rocket engines), who passed in 2019. He had a Noble last name and trademark was registered in his name – Alfimov Noble ™.
7. Development of The Dark Hexagon(E) Psychology Theory and Research – Copyright 2023-2033 (www.thedarkhexagon.com).

The Dark Hexagon(E) Psychology Theory and Research (Copyright ™ 2023-2033) is a product of integrating Psychology, Spiritual Studies and other Sciences (Anthropology-language, culture and meaning; Sociology; Global Economics; Mathematics; Health Sciences and more) Theory and Research has multiple applications: from Clinical to Corporate, Industrial Psychology.

Recently, she was even honored with an Honorary Doctorate in Advanced Studies in Psychology and Management by Azteca University Mexico.

A wife, and a loving mother to her son Alexander Yuwantoro, Alla understands the importance of balance. She recommends keeping balance in order not to burn out fast, but rather take appropriate days off as well as needed breaks.

Something she advocates even in the professional sphere. “A good leader is one who makes the business successful and inspires others to do their best for the company. Sometimes, managers can take leadership wrong and the workplace can become toxic. But when a Boss is good, people look forward to being at work, and are certainly more productive.”

A dynamic force of nature, Alla now is an inspiration to all those who know her. Sharing her hard-held belief with us, she reveals, “Go after your dreams and goals in life. If you have a good business idea – pursue it not to regret later. Negative result is better than no result. It’s never too late.”
